Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if production or dispatch has not begun.
Made-to-Order Products
Customised or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has commenced.
Returns
Returns are accepted only for incorrect products, manufacturing defects or transit damage reported within 48 hours with photographs.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Cases
Natural material variations, misuse after delivery, change of mind and customised products are not eligible for refunds.
