Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing this website, placing an order, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.
- Unless otherwise specified, products are covered only against manufacturing defects for the 6 MONTHS applicable warranty period. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper handling, misuse, moisture damage, accidental damage or unauthorized repairs.
- Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any visible damage or manufacturing defect.
- Depending on the nature of the issue, we may repair, replace or refund the product at our sole discretion.
- If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Warranty Policy
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Fabric fading
- Scratches
- Water damage
- Improper cleaning
- Mishandling
- Damage during shifting by third parties
- Commercial use unless specified
- Customers should retain the purchase invoice.
